BREATHING ROOM is the story of Carolyn Donovan, a young woman living with cystic fibrosis. Her brother Jimmy is trying to live with her choices, and new guy Fred would just like to stay over once in a while. Shot against the breathtaking mountains and deserts of New Mexico, BREATHING ROOM is a powerful movie about love and letting go. BREATHING ROOM takes a hard look at a disease that isn't pretty, a dying young woman who is, and the two men who love her.
